the Conclave Representatives discussed (first privately, than openly and publicly with the community about the future health of the conclave:
As a result, no single (1) Conclave Representative holds the power to push out a New Proposal, it can only be done via Gnosis Safe with majority approval. This was tested with the 3rd Conclave Election.
Outside of Conclave Proposals/Funding and/or Updates to previously Funded:
@PrinceHamDoe & @brennen_eth expanded wagdie.world to include wagdie.world/pilgrims enabling the community to better track Location Staking events, see all staked, alive and dead characters
@0xG enabled custom bot tooling in Discord to monitor Location Staked chars, live updates of Treasury Funds, and even Custom Roles tied to the subgraph allowing users to maintain their Discord roles regardless of Staking status.
Devs created and released onchain dice mechanic using Chainlink VRF WAGdice + established Keepers Twitter for updates without breaking Lore driven main account
Created Funded Proposals Forum in Discord Discord tracking all funded proposals, on status, etc.
Conclave cleanup (Implemented Archive category and started archiving old threads - all still available/open to read)
Organized Discord Updates to include βTerm #, Meeting #β for each weekly update
Overall this term was focused on cleaning and organizing while community stepped up BIG (without proposals) and some sustainability achieved (WAG brought $ in)

WAGDIE metadata updated for each character to show Name & Bio on chain (from Fateofwagdie.com customization) as well as new traits corresponding to BG (Alignment), Class (Mask>Armor), and Origin (Body)
